Ingredient:
3 lb. skinned chicken rubbed with rosemary, 1/2 c. pineapple juice, 1/4 tsp. ginger, Shallots, Paprika.
Method:
At first, place chicken in baking pan. Then, pour pineapple juice over chicken. Sprinkle with ginger, shallots and paprika. Cover and bake 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 30 minutes.
